- harass, threaten, or spam other members;
- scrape, resell, or bulk-extract listings or member data;
- post a job without a good-faith salary range where one is required; or
- interfere with the Service's security or normal operation.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to run the Service. You're responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Jobs and community content
The Workqueue is a venue; we are not a party to any employment relationship and do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the outcome of any application. Some listings are short, attributed excerpts that link to an external source and are the responsibility of their original publisher.
Not affiliated with Epic Systems
The Workqueue is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Systems Corporation. Product names owned by Epic Systems are the property of their owner and are used, where at all, for descriptive purposes only.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Workqueue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms other members.
Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction]. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use means you accept the update.
