The Workqueue is a jobs board and community for Epic systems analysts — the people who live in the application, own the workflows, and get paged at go-live. We started it because the tools that were supposed to serve analysts served everyone but: recruiters chasing "healthcare IT" keywords, aggregators burying salary, forums that follow the employer instead of the person doing the work.

What we stand on

• Salary is not optional. Every direct posting shows its range. No "competitive," no login wall in front of the number.
• The community follows the analyst. Your reputation, your questions, and your peers travel with you across jobs — not with any one hospital.
• Fluent, not generic. This is a place that knows a DAR from a decision tree and won't make you translate your career into HR-speak.

The Workqueue is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Systems Corporation. We don't use Epic's product names to describe ourselves, and we never will. We're here for the analysts, and we intend to keep it that way.
