ENHANCE Ontario (Enabling Healthcare Across Networks of Central East Ontario) is a Canadian not-for-profit, launched April 1, 2025, that operates the shared Epic clinical information system for seven healthcare organizations spanning 14 hospitals in Central East Ontario.

Fun fact: ENHANCE Ontario's roughly 130 staff run one shared Epic record ('One Region, One Digital Health Record') for members including Lakeridge Health, Scarborough Health Network, and Peterborough Regional Health Centre, serving over 1.5 million patients across 16,673 square kilometres.
